The masterminds in the GIB kitchen worked tirelessly to craft the perfect sauces for each round, with each just a bit hotter than the last. All sauces are made in-house, and even include peppers grown right here on the property.

Here’s the deal:

• Competition Times - 2:00 PM | 3:30 PM | 5:00 PM

• 12 Brave Souls per time slot

• $15 per person (includes one dozen wings and a pint)

• 6 rounds = 2 wings per round

• Vegan options available (Tempura battered cauliflower)
