Founded in 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Company is a craft brewery and restaurant located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of New York. Overlooking the rolling hills above Seneca Lake, our 150-acre property provides one of the most scenic destinations for great beer, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences.

At Grist Iron Brewing, we offer a wide range of handcrafted beers brewed onsite, from hop-forward IPAs to crisp lagers, fruited sours, rich stouts, and seasonal favorites. Our taproom features up to 15 beers on tap at any given time, ensuring there’s something for every craft beer lover. You can also find Grist Iron beer in more than 100 bars and restaurants across Upstate New York, as well as in to-go cans at Wegmans and independent retailers throughout the Finger Lakes.

For those seeking lodging in the Finger Lakes, The Lodge at Grist Iron offers a warm, cozy, beer-themed inn steps from the brewery. With comfortable rooms, lake views, and direct access to the brewery and grounds, The Lodge serves as the perfect home base for couples, families, and groups. Larger parties of up to 16 can book our historic Farmhouse, which features an expansive deck overlooking Seneca Lake.
