Are you ready to take on SIX scorching rounds of heat? There’s only one way to find out…

Not competing? No problem! Spectators are welcome, we'll be serving up food specials all day so everyone can enjoy the heat (from a safe distance).

Our GIB kitchen masterminds have crafted the perfect lineup of sauces, each one hotter than the last. Every sauce is made in-house and features peppers grown right here on our property.

Here’s the deal:

  • Competition Times: 2:00 PM | 3:30 PM | 5:00 PM

  • 12 brave contenders per time slot

  • $15 per person (includes a dozen wings + a pint)

  • Six rounds = two wings per round

  • Vegan option available: tempura-battered cauliflower
